Terms and Conditions

  1. Promotion Period

The promotion runs from 1 April 2026 to 30 June 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.

  1. Eligibility
  • Entry is open to New Zealand residents only
  • Entrants must be the owner of the truck or trailer entered
  • Account customers must be within agreed trading terms at time of prize draw
  • Employees of Transport Wholesale Limited (TWL), its subsidiaries, agents, affiliates, and their immediate families are not eligible
  1. How to Enter

To enter, customers must complete the online entry form available at:

  1. Entry Conditions
  • Limit of one truck entry and one trailer entry per person
  • Entries must be complete and accurate
  • TWL reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions
  1. Prizes

Two prizes will be awarded:

  • One truck mudguard upgrade package (plastic OR stainless)
  • One trailer mudguard upgrade package

Truck prize (based on existing configuration):

ONE PLASTIC OR STAINLESS

Plastic package (up to):

  • 6 guards
  • 12 stainless inserts
  • 12 poles
  • 24 saddles

OR

Stainless package (up to):

  • 6 guards
  • 24 saddles

Trailer package (up to):

  • 12 plastic guards
  • 24 stainless inserts

Prizes may vary slightly depending on vehicle configuration and product availability.
Collection or delivery will be arranged with the winner.

  1. Prize Conditions
  • Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products
  • Prizes must be claimed within 6 months of notification. 
  • Installation, insurance, tax, maintenance, and any ongoing costs are the responsibility of the winner
  • Neither Transport Wholesale Limited nor Rhino Group Holdings Limited are liable for any additional costs associated with use of the prize
  1. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected by TWL and Rhino, either in-house or via a public voting process.
Winners will be notified by phone or email using details provided at entry.

If a selected winner cannot be contacted within 10 working days, TWL reserves the right to redraw.

  1. Publicity

By entering, participants agree that if they win, their name, business name (if applicable), region, and photographs will be used for promotional purposes without compensation.

  1. General
  • TWL reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the promotion or breaches these terms
  • TWL may amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time
  • All decisions by TWL are absolutely final and no correspondence will be entered into
  • All entries become the property of the Promoter
  • By entering, you consent to receiving marketing communications from TWL and Rhino (you may unsubscribe at any time)

General Promotions

  1. The Promoter is Transport Wholesale Limited (“Promoter”).
  2. The Promoter reserves the right to extend, postpone or cancel the Promotion and to modify these terms and conditions without notice.
  3. The Promoter reserves the right to withhold the award of any Prize if the Promoter
    suspects that there has been a security breach within the promotion application or any program used to conduct the Promotion or an entrant has hacked or otherwise improperly accessed the application or website in order to win the Prize.
  4. If you accept the Prize, you are responsible, at your own cost, for obtaining all necessary insurances and any other thing necessary to benefit from the Prize, including all applicable taxes related to accepting the Prize.
  5. All Promotion entries become the property of the Promoter.
  6. You agree that, if you are a Prize winner, your name and photograph may be used for publicity purposes in all media by the Promoter, without remuneration, and you agree that you must make yourself available for this purpose.
  7. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and any other person or party associated with this Promotion, shall not be liable to you in respect of any loss, damage or injury whatsoever (including, but not limited to, any direct, indirect, and/or consequential loss or damage), including personal injury suffered as a result of, or arising in connection with, the Promotion or winning (or not winning) a Prize.
  8. By entering the Promotion you agree to receive further information regarding TWL about its products, services, and other offerings (including by electronic message, including email and text message) using the contact details provided by you.
