  • The solenoid has proven to be a very popular normally open solenoid control valve used in trailer applications operating in fleets that are towed by a mixture of 12V & 24V trucks. A typical example of where the solenoid is used is in a 4-axle semi-trailer application where the steer axle lock mechanism is operated through the reverse lamp signal.
