Welcome to the first phase of a new online shopping option for the transport industry. We currently have 7,000+ products available online via delivery or click and collect, with a second phase planned to cover the full TWL range, bringing more heavy transport parts and equipment online.
“At TWL, we’re always looking to deliver a better customer experience,” said Mike Brears, National Sales Manager, Sime Darby Commercial Aftersales. “We’re excited to offer a quicker, easier way to view products, specifications, and stock availability, and get deliveries straight to the customer’s door.
We’re also offering ‘click and collect’ at all 19 of our branches across the country.”
Driving digital innovation has been a key theme for us over the past couple of years. The digital smarts and analytics that have driven our procurement and stock holding strategy have now been used to create a better online shopping experience for the transport industry.
“The TWL ‘secret sauce’ has always been our ability to meet the market without compromising on quality across a large range of products,” continues Mike Brears. “The new website gives customers the ability to search by product type, brand, or part number quickly and easily. However, our focus on quality product remains unchanged.”
Over the coming 12-18 months. We plan to expand our online offering to include more body hardware, heavy transport equipment, safety products, vehicle lighting and more.
“It’s great to be able to provide our customers with a new way to buy from TWL, but our main mode will still be in bricks and mortar branches across the country,” confirmed Mike Brears. “Our people will keep on doing business across the counter, in workshops, or from the back of a ute. Our customers know that if they need a part, the team at TWL are there for them.”
Please note, while we currently do not support online trade accounts for our partners online, you can still use the website to browse a wide range of our products and benefit from your trade account over the phone or in person as you usually would.
