Survey Terms & Conditions

The competition is open to all customers who complete the TWL Customer Feedback Survey after purchasing from the TWL website (https://twlnz.co.nz/). 

Participants must be 18 years of age or older. 

Employees of TWL, their immediate family members, and affiliates are not eligible to enter. 

To enter the prize draw, participants must fully complete and submit the TWL Customer Feedback Survey within the specified time frame. 

Only one entry per purchase is permitted. Multiple submissions from the same purchase will not increase the chances of winning. 

Each month, one participant will win a Prezzy Virtual Card (https://www.prezzycard.co.nz/prezzy-virtual.html). 

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or other goods. 

The winner will be randomly selected on the first business day following the end of each calendar month. 

Winners will be notified via the email address they received the survey through, within (5) business days of the draw. 

If a winner does not respond within seven (7) business days of notification, TWL reserves the right to redraw the prize. 

Any personal information collected as part of the survey and competition will be handled in accordance with TWL’s Privacy Policy (available at https://twlnz.co.nz/legal/). 

Information provided will be used solely for the purposes of conducting the survey, administering the prize draw, and improving TWL’s services. 

TWL reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, invalid, or suspected of tampering. 

TWL reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. 

TWL is not responsible for any technical issues or errors that may occur during entry or prize delivery. 

By participating in the survey and prize draw, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
