Frequently asked question: I ordered a 9L Water extinguisher, but it arrived empty.

To save on shipping costs, we send our 9L water extinguishers empty. When they arrive, fill the cylinder with regular tap water using the instructions included below:

1) Unscrew the extinguisher head

2) Add 9 litres of water - Note There is a mark on the pick up tube to indicate the water level.

3) Re-seal the head assembly by screwing down.

4) Apply air pressure to the tyre type valve in the head until the pressure gauge needle goes into the green.
